L9963E accuracy calibration mode
Hello ST community!
Actually my question is very simple. Is there anybody who worked with IC L9963E and used some calibration for more accurate Vcell measurement? I've found only mentioning in the datasheet about it.
and in registers' section.
But how to work with it... how to generate the NVM...
I couldn't find any description of NVM registers in datasheet. And I couldn't find any other documents refers to these registers. Has anybody generated own NVM file in general? may be does anybody know about embedded calibration mode/process in particular? I suppose to make some recalibration process after PCB assembly process.
P.S. I can do it on a high level software but it would be great to have this opportunity inside the HW.
