LNBH26S Thermal Performance
I am testing the LNBH26S with 430mA load at 18V on both channels of the chip, and on the bench the LNB chip reaches up to 100degC according to a thermal camera. Is this temperature at this load normal for the LNBH26S?
My device needs to be weather proof (no airflow) so it is impossible for my device to provide LNB power before hitting the thermal shutdown temperature of 150degC when the deice is enclosed in the chassis. LNB chip is being powered by 16V.
