Mastergan5 - Switching losses
Hi,
I'm interested in the Mastergan5 IC.
To evaluate it for our use case in a Class-D amplifier we need information about switching losses.
These are commonly provided by suppliers of half bridge ICs by providing the Eon and Eoff values over switching voltage or by providing Coss and Ciss over Vds.
Are there similar information or even a simulation available for the Mastergan5 IC?
