Need help IDing a TVS

I have a PCA with a blown TVS. The markings are:

ST e3 G
3BA◇Y
Z521

I've seen TVS datasheets with markings starting with 3BA, but the diamond symbol is throwing me off. Can you assist?

Was this dug out of conformal coating or something? Looks like awful quality marking. Are you sure it's a genuine ST part?

SM30T35CAY / 3BAOY perhaps?

Yes, it was in conformal. I’m not 100% sure it’s not counterfeit. The fact that the marking has 5 characters and the data sheet shows 3BAOY, leads me to believe you’re right. The application would make me think automotive grade too.
