On & Off Gate supply, thermal model, Spice Simulation Model,& Heat sink methods of SCTHS300N75G3AG

Hi all,

We are using SCTHS300N75G3AG POWER MOSFET in our Design.

1. we need to know about the turn Off voltage of gate supply for this MOSFET and is there any necessity of negative supply voltage to turn off the MOSFET?
2. please provide SPICE model for this MOSFET SCTHS300N75G3AG.
3. we are planning to operate this MOSFET at 50W continuous ON for 30minutes for this Suggest us the PCB Thermal Model
4. Also suggest us the mechanical model for how to cool this MOSFET.
5. present we are doing Prototyping model for this can you provide any Samples at least 4Qty.
6. For this PART there is no Stock and cost details, how much Lead time it will take ?
