Operating temperature range of IC "STW4N150"

Can i know the minimum Operating temperature range of this IC "STW4N150"

you can use the STW4N150 down to -40°C, the data sheet also shows some graphs for -50°C.

But the datasheet says that it has a operating temperature of max +150 and storage temperature has -55 to 150.

Can we operate in negative temperature "-30"?

Please note that the storage temperature must not be confused with the operating temperature and only refers to the storage of the device.
There is nothing to prevent operation at -30°C if the applicable parameters of the data sheet are observed.
