We need PMIC for Automotive application with 24V with SPI and watchdog with ASIL D

With your given parameters you can have a look at the following PMICs:

• STPM066S
• L5965

They can be operated with a VBAT of up to 32V. But you probably need a higher input voltage range because of the expected load dump tests, don't you?
