power MOSFET spice models

I am trying to get the spice model for STW3N170  MOSFET, it does not seem to be with the other info for the devive.

Any help appreciated. Paul

Thanks 1 Kudo, I see that a model has been added to the page for the device but I think there has been a mistake adding it. Inside the zip folder the files are for STW21N150, I looked at the model text and this also says STW21N150.
