Problem with in rush current to the DC Link Capacitor

In the DC Link Capacitor i am facing a problem like i am getting 260Arms as the inrush current for my motor controller. Although my overall operating current is 160Arms maximum. Suggest me some methods to reduce this consition.

Depending on the environmental conditions (application, voltage, switches used, etc.), there are many ways to limit the inrush current. Could you please provide us with more information on this?
