Other SPICE models, if you have them, cannot be used sensibly.

However, you can use the free online simulator for AC switches (including TRIACs) from the eDesignsSuite.

Hi @Peter BENSCH ,

Can I consider any standard TRIAC pspice model to simulate this part or will it create any difference in the results.

If so, how can i simulate this part in pspice.
