Regarding thermal data for the part series ST890DTR

Hi team, 

Kindly assist us with below mentioned queries. 

For the part series ST890DTR  Datasheet did not specify junction-case thermal resistance and junction-board thermal resistance. we need these values for the thermal simulation. so, can you please provide these data as soon as possible.
