Reverse Polarity with ST1S14

Hello I have created reverse polarity but it can not work stable especially in the first work , this time I change the voltage a little bit it works :) ı cant understand.

What should ı do?

• What output current do you want to draw at -15V_O?
• What is the saturation current of L2?
• Can you please show the layout so that this can be checked?

I am using the just supply for opamps , and also ı guess understand problem is a lot capacitors ı put the resistor in the output problem seems to be solved.

but ı continue to try .
