Hi all, In SCTHS300N75G3AG Sic power MOSFET data sheet mentioned that 8.8mΩ Rds constant over maximum temperature. But in graphs Rds(on) reached to above 1.3mΩ. So, which value we need to consider for power dissipation calculation.
