Currently there is none available. It is an evaluation board that is only intended for evaluation and not for use in an end product. So why do you need a 3D model if you have to develop your own board for your project anyway?

This development board meets the needs of our team, so we need 3D models to build the platform. If ST does not provide a model of the board, is there any information about the size of the board so that I can design the model myself? thank you.

The size of the board, i.e. the PCB, can be derived from its GERBER data.
