Dear Team,

We developed our Smart Home Electric vehicle Charger in which we used the STMP32 Chip and we tried to read all the registers using your "STPM3X Evolution software" but we are getting errors as per the attached image after 1 or 2 seconds.

We already purchased the Evolution board(EVALSTPM32) and tried with it but same issue facing with that also,

Right now we are stuck due to this issue so please support us as soon as possible.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Nikunj Patel

Hi,

from what I see in background, you've been able to read correctly from the device; I suppose that you are reading through USB(UART) communication, right?

This kind of issues happens because the PC USB drivers are stuck, did you unplug the board maybe?

When it happens, I suggest to close the GUI and disconnect the board and start over by selecting the interface etc. I also suggest that you refresh the COM Ports to verify whether the one that you use is visible.

Hope this can help you

Best regards

Marilena
