STUSB4710AQ1TR replacement

Since the STUSB4710 is now NRND and no longer readily available, could you please advise what its recommended replacement is?

I am specifically looking for a USB-C Power Delivery source controller that requires no firmware or only minimal firmware.

According to the information I have, there is no successor and there will not be one, as we are focusing on devices supporting UCPD Sink applications.

In fact, the STUSB4710AQ1TR is not difficult to obtain, so you don't need to worry.

Thanks for the welcome Peter. That’s a shame to hear there won’t be a successor though.

@yanqilaile Do you have any suggestions on where to source it? All the distributors here in Europe are out of stock, and it sounds like they’re only bringing in full reels from the factory on request with an estimated delivery time of 19 weeks, while others already list it as an obsolete part and don’t stock it at all.
