I found both STTH20003TV1 and STTH20003TV are available on the market.
Unfortunately, I cannot find STTH20003TV1 in ST datasheet.

Could you provide the difference between STTH20003TV1 and STTH20003TV?
What's the meaning of suffix '1' in the part number?

It is probably a little confusing, but the full order designation is actually STTH20003TV1, i.e. with the suffix 1. When the first devices were launched at the end of the last millennium, it was still marked 20003TV, which can still be found in many cases today, but in future this will probably be changed to 20003TV1.
However, this suffix 1 does not change the technical parameters of this dual rectifier, so it is purely a question of marking.
