Thermal dissipation concerns for EVLSTGAP3SXS-H

Hi,

I’m planning to use the EVLSTGAP3SXS-H eval board for testing at around 40 A. The MOSFETs are rated for much higher, but there are no heatsinks or clear thermal paths on the board.

What do you propose for thermal dissipation at this current level? Is forced air or external heatsinking recommended?
