TRIACs for Home AC Switching using T2035T-8G
I have been using the "Triac, SCR and ACS Simulator" to simulate the activation of a 10 Amperes load with T2035T-8G (as I am having issues with this component) and I was wondering why it shows a Tj extremly high (388ºC) if this device could handle 20 Amperes AC loads.
The issue that I am facing is that sometimes I cannot switch off the load.
