how do I know what marking TS4061AICT-1.25 has?

There is no hint in datasheet.

The markings of the devices are usually internal information and are rarely mentioned in the data sheet. However, the same markings can also be found on the box label.

I'm sorry Peter, but that does not make sense. In my experience, most datasheets actually do list the device markings. Just take a look at some of ST's own datasheets, like LM4040, TL431, TS821, etc.

Unfortunately, you cannot generalise this observation: STMicroelectronics reserves the right to treat component markings as internal, non-official information. The different divisions treat this differently, so that sometimes you will find markings in the data sheet, but in other cases not.
