I'm using the vnf1048f chipset.

k value is required for current sensing, but it is not specified in the data sheet.

Can you tell me what the k value is?

Welcome @gj_it, to the community!

The VNF1048F is not a high-side switch, but a high-side switch controller, where there is no K factor in the sense. Instead, measurements are taken via a shunt and the voltage dropping there is measured with a 10-bit ADC in a voltage range of 0...160mV (data sheet, section 3 and table 13 or table 45).
