We have 2labels for STL140N6F7 which are PBT different and TYPE different, TYPE STL140N6F7$F6 with PBT 260C and TYPE STL140N6F7$F9 with PBT 225C

We've purchase a batch of STL140N6F7 and got 2labels: 

there are STL140N6F7$F6 with PBT 260C and STL140N6F7$F9 with PBT 225C ,

are these 2types in Mass Production? would you help to check what is the difference ? thanks.
