What is the difference between the LM211 and LM311

The datasheet says that 

LM211D/DT has a temperature of -40 °C, +105 °C and output to negative supply voltage 50V

LM311D/DT has a temperature of -0 °C, +70 °C and output to negative supply voltage 40V

Is there any differences in performance or electrical characteristics between the two?
