Yes, definitely. EH is completely independent of LPD, so you can have EH power when device in low power mode as well as when device has no VCC.

I need to power the STM32L4 with the energy output from the EH pin. May I ask why my LD3 power point is lit by EH pin, but the MCU does not work normally?
