How to use the captured energy to power the MCU (L476)？

I should make an application with NFC where the entire circuit is powered by energy harvesting.
For this reason I thought of using the ST25DV and I have already purchased the X-NUCLEO-NFC07A1 and X-NUCLEO-STM32L476RG.

I have successfully obtained the energy harvesting of the antenna and can light the LED, now I want to use the energy of the antenna to wake up the MCU (L476), what do I need to do?

I have tried to connect VCC with EH pin, but L4 is not waking up, what should I do to power the antenna to the MCU (L476) instead of the ST-LINK USB
