I think you need to better specify what you need.

ST25R3916 is our top notch in terms of sensitivity and output power inside ST25R family of NFC readers.

What NFC frequency do you want to use?

What compatibility and what reading/writing distance do you need?

Maybe the ST25R3916 could be a good starting point?
