Hi,

X-CUBE-NFC6 is designed for ST25R3916 not for ST25R3911B.

For X-NUCLEO-NFC05A1 (ST25R3911B), X-CUBE-NFC5 has to be used. X-CUBE-NFC5 is a standalone package. See Solved: How to create a project with X CUBE NFC06 - STMicroelectronics Community on how to import the X-CUBE-NFC5 package into a STM32CubeMX generated project.
