Software packet STSW-ST25DV013 from ST doesn't work as an OOB paring.

We are using NUCLEO-WB55 evaluation board + X-NUCLEO-NFC07A1 NFC tag, we downloaded your OOB demo kit STSW-ST25DV013 from  https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-st25dv013.html, followed your instructions to program the .BIN to evaluation board,  also install the .APK included to Android tablet, tap the NFC antenna, instead of paring automatically, it pops up a windows ask if you want to pair, clicked YES it finished the paring.

Our question is: is this the same result when you testing? should the OOB paring be finished automatically without pressing any extra buttons?
