ST25R3911B IC library hangs up during rfid card detection

Dear Sir,

We use ST25R3911B IC for Rfid card detection.

Normally library works fine.

But sometimes, in rare case, library hangs up in very initial stage during find the new card present detection.

Our system is battery operated system. So, whenever we needed we just power up the system and after 150 msec of power up we try to find the new card.

Mostly its hang up in very early stage, means if detection working fine initially then system working properly but if hangs up on start up it will never recover up from that stage and code hanged up.

 

So please suggest us how to overcome with this hanging problem of the code. 

 

Note :- Supply generate through 3.3V LDO - 500mA output.

for giving you any useful information we will need to get information. Ideally a logic analyzer trace together with information where in the library it is "hanging". Also which software did you base your work on?

We use Atmega328p controller for interfacing the IC and we are doing programming on atmel studio.
