Hello, 

Those values are not provided for the M24LR, but you can find them in the for the ST25DV04KC. The two devices share the same exact packages (SO8 and TSSOP8) so you can use the thermal characteristics of the SO8 and TSSOP8 of the ST25DV04KC also for the M24LR.
