I´m using a stm32f4 discovery board, and when i try to connect it to my computer it show "No ST-LINK detected".  I don´t know if there are specials drivers for windows 11.

You'll need ST-link drivers. Perhaps the easiest way is to install STM32CubeProgrammer to interface with the chip, or STM32CubeIDE to debug and program with it.

Make sure you use a USB cable with data lines, not power-only, and that you connect using the ST-Link USB interface on CN1.

When you installed CubeIDE or CubeProgrammer on Windows 11, all needed drivers have been installed with them. If not sure, try to reinstall CubeIDE or whatever IDE you're using.
