Nucleo F411RE: ST-Link undefined USB device and error code number 10

I am having  trouble with my new board , in device manager I see my board as undefined USB device and error code number:10 after downgrade onboard STlink I have this issue (current version: stlink-V2.J21.S4.).Not all STM32 drivers are installed because I can't download any kind of software from ST.com (I don't know why) .
