ST-link not detected

im using th nucleo-f446re board, and the st-link isn't there. Am i missing some jumper connection?438223402_1155287935895863_1986240574336375964_n.jpg

Check other cables, check other PC USB ports.

Open Device Manager and turn on the computer sound. When you connect and disconnect the USB cable, is there any sound or update in Device Manager?

    yes both a sound is being made and the board is shown in device manager

    According to the User Manual, LD3 shows an overcurrent event (which in your case is red)
