I replaced the ST-LINKV2 by the STLINK-V3PWR and I use Windows 8. The drivers are not found:

Do you have drivers for Windows8 please?

Have you tried to install STSW-LINK009 - ST-LINK, ST-LINK/V2, ST-LINK/V2-1, STLINK-V3 USB driver signed for Windows7, Windows8, Windows10 - STMicroelectronics ? STLINK-V3PWR descriptors have been added (especially in stlink_VCP.inf), and despite we no more validate and officially support Windows8, I think it should work. After installation, you will perhaps need to "update driver" from the device manager failing instances (the ones in your snapshot) to recover them (theoretically it's better to install drivers before first plug)
