STM32G031K8 Nucleo Error in RAM

Hi

We've got here 3 STM32G031K8 Nucleo. 2 of them had problems with RAM access. 1 works fine at the moment.

For example STM32CubeProgrammer shows by RAM Dump

Keil shows 

STLink Utilities hangs by Access of some RAM address.

 

Is this a known Problem?

Is there a workaround?

Can you replace the faulty Nucleo?

You can try to read option bytes with STM32CubeProgrammer.

Verify at Option Bytes if Read Out Protection is unchecked.

I can readout the flash without an problem.

I can readout most part of the RAM.

But on some address I get this error (STM32CubeProgrammer) or '?' (Keil)

I think the chip has a bad RAM.
