ETH open lost connection

hi all!

i'm handling Foc-pmsm project, i use communicate ETH with other board via ETH but it connect too slow and open lost connection, i don't what issue because this is the first time i handle with ETH. can you help me take a look and show my mistake

First, I suggest checking reference design and reproduce the issue on a reference board to narrow down the issue.
