I confirm the issue: DBGMCU is wrongly described in the svd file.

I reported this issue internally.

Internal ticket number: 131852 (This is an internal tracking number and is not accessible or usable by customers).

The svd issue is fixed in STM32H725/735 - STMicroelectronics 2.8 version.
