6 Step dead time problem

I can't see the dead time between the signals of the high and low MOSFETs of the same phase on the oscilloscope. The motor runs properly without load, but when a load is applied, the high and low MOSFETs of the same phase burn out. Photos and software are below. I'm using six-step
