I IMPORT PROJECT FROM TIM1 TO TIM20.

Cannot work.

Please, consider that the human who read your post can not guess your configuration with the information you provided.

On F3 series, the workbench supports only Timer 1 and 8.

could you describe what did you do when you write "I IMPORT PROJECT FROM TIM1 TO TIM20" ?

Did you pay attention to change all the defines related to TIM1, and also to connect the right IRQ handler to TIM20 ?
