EVLSPIN32G4-ACT Evaluation Board CAN-FD

Hello,

 

I bought two EVLSPIN32G4-ACT motor control evaluation boards and tried to setup CAN-FD communication between them.

 

Then I came to know it doesn't have a CAN transceiver IC(U3) populated on board. Image attached for your reference.

 

Can anyone tell if someone faced the issue similar regarding this. ST Team please provide help and support through the hardware and CAN-FD functionality with this evaluation board.

What makes you think that CAN should be included in the delivery state of the EVLSPIN32G4-ACT?

The description on the product website, as well as the documentation, clearly identifies CAN as a Predisposition for CAN bus and N.M. = Not Mounted (DB5035, table 2 etc).
