Firmware error for motor profiler

I am using the Nucleo-IHM17M1 and Nucleo-F401RE to evaluate a high-speed drone motor (22,000KV) with sensorless drive. I am particularly interested in the Motor Profiler function, since some key motor parameters are not provided by the manufacturer. However, whenever I open Motor Workbench with Motor Profiler (version 6.4.0) and attempt to connect, I consistently receive a firmware error message. I have reviewed the specification sheet, which confirms that these boards are supposed to be compatible. Could you suggest any possible reasons for this issue, or recommend any other compatible boards for profiling sensorless BLDC drone motors?

You have to generate first a project with "Motor Profiler" feature enabled:

The answer to your question is in the red Box! You need a profiler dedicated project.

You have to enable the profiler capability in the Application configuration window.

It opens a new navigator window, in the User Manual section, you will find the chapter Motor Profiler Application Note

 

Be aware, that once your motor is profiled, you have to re-generate your project without the profiler option (but with your profiled motor) to have a fully usable project.

Thank you for the instructions. I followed the documentation and selected a known low voltage motor similar to my application to generate the project. However, I encountered some issues during code generation. Although the project folder is still generated despite the error message, I proceeded to the IDE page.

Consequently, when I try to run the project in IDE, I encounter this error message. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on how to generate the project without errors? Thanks a lot!
