Hello Team,

We want to run BLDC motor using  STEVAL-SPIN3204, As per user guide initially we started with motor control work bench 6.3 version.  while creating new project  selecting driving algorithm as FOC and selecting the motor type but in inverter section STEVAL-SPIN3204 this board is not available , it is available when we select driving algorithm as 6 step.

As per product specification on STM website it says it support both FOC and six step.

for reference refer below snapshot.

kindly confirm can this board be used as in FOC and six step mode. Is that motor control work bench is not supported FOC for this board.

Hello Team,

Thank you for confirmation, but due to that we have wasted money and time for procuring that board, instead of that we would have purchase another board.

with this we can do atleast sensored based all testing right using hall sensor and encoder
