Generate or create a .ioc for induction motor

After getting the example ACIM program running (Nucleo-G431RB and STEVAL-IHM023V3), I want to customize beyond those two boards. To do this, I believe I need to generate (or hand-make) a .ioc file.

Trying to generate a file through MC WorkBench just creates MotorControl on "Enabled," while using STM32CubeMX doesn't show MotorControl under MiddleWare at all. What are some possible solutions?
