Hello. Will software created with the X-CUBE-MCSDK-6 SDK work with BLDC motors?

We are using the B-G431B-ESC1 board. To generate the project, we use the X-CUBE-MCSDK-6 SDK. The description of the board says that the board can work with BLDC motors. But the SDK description says that the SDK is for PMSM only. Can you tell me if the software generated with the SDK will work with BLDC motors?

IMHO these term are not used strictly in all documentation. Like https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/ecosystems/stm32-motor-control-ecosystem.html associates: PMSM-->FOC and BLDC-->6step algorithm. In fact, you can create both, 6-step and FOC code for a motor. Like for the GBM2804H-100T provided with P-NUCLEO-IHM03.
