Hello,

I created a new project by using the STM32 Motor Control Software Development Kit (version 6.4.1). The project code was generated. I need a CAD of the project circuit to connect all the hardware parts. Could you please specify how to generate a CAD of the circuit?

Thank you.

Hello @Boris_L,

Refer to the ST Product page on https://www.st.com/, a "CAD Ressources" tab is available.

Hello GMA,

I am sorry. I was not clear. My project consists of: 1) a microcontroller board; 2) two modified connectors; 3) two motor-driver boards (power boards); 4) two gimbal 3-Phase BLDC motors. Can the STM32 MCSDK generate a CAD of the project circuit or do I need to use KiCAD (or another software) to build a CAD of the project circuit including all the hardware parts? Thank you.

You need an ECAD software like KiCAD to do the electrical layout of a board. KiCAD can also be used to generate a mechanical CAD model provided the 3d models are done correctly.
