I am trying to run a BLDC motor using Motor Pilot 6.1.1 with B-G431B-ESC1.

Here's my process.

  1. profile motor using motor profiler
  2. generate code using mcworkbench 6.1.1 with the values obtained from the profiler
  3. using CubeIDE, open generated project and click debug + play
  4. open motor pilot -> Load UI -> MC_FOC_SDK.qml
  5. connect board (successful, image below)
  6. connect power supply
  7. set ramp target = 1500rpm, 500ms
  8. set speed reference = 2000rpm
  9. click start

when in IDLE mode, the motor is making a wierd knocking noise, at a rate of 1 sec.

and when I press start, the status change to START, the motor(or the board; I'm not sure) makes beep noise once(for about 0.5s) and the state returns to IDLE.

Please help. Thanks.
