Motor Control Workbench 6.2.1

 I Have using the above version Pilot software. i am getting Speed feedback Err in BLDC Motor application. before i was try Hall Sensor Position Sequence value find and fill it . but i can't solve this fault.  any one support me

Does the motor spinning before the error? If yes, you can refer to FAQ page. There is the 2.10 chapter about the Speed Feedback error (the represented WB interface is the old one, but it could give you some hints).
