stop motor after startup

Hello everyone,

we have a 21 pairpoles PMSM 1kW using in evaporating cooler.

We utilizes ST Workbench v3.2.1 and STm32cubeMX v. 6.13.

After set all parameters, the motor starts softly based on startup procedure programed in the workbench;

However, it stops immediately after end of the startup. I think the drive could not enter the closed-loop control.

What causes lead to stopping the motor? which of the motor parameters are more effective in this problem?

Using ST Motor Pilot tool, check if an error is reported.
