STSPIN32G4 custom board OVERCURRENT FAULT

I have designed a custom board based on STSPIN32G4 schematic but with an automotive mosfet (iaua200n04s5n010auma1).

Everything works except that the controller enters an overcurrent fault every time i start the motor pilot GUI

Does this have to do with the internal Mosfet gate driver?

Thanks, and best regards,

Aminu

Hello @ABuga.1 ,

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your post.
If your point is still pertinent, can you tell me which version of MCSDK are you using?
Regards.

Dear Zied,

Thank you very much for your email. My stspin32g4  gets very hot whenever i connect my mosfets. I have checked for short  circuit within the PCB but none was found. I was thinking maybe it has to do with parasitic oscillation or cross-talk. I have redesigned the PCB and waiting for it's delivery.

Thanks and best regards,
