Question

When starting PWM, a zero combination of Hall sensor states appears

Hello! I use B-G431-ESC1 inverter board. Type of motor is BLDC. When I rotate the motor manually with PWM off, there is no such position at which all hall sensors have a zero state, and it is right. I control the states of the sensors in debug mode.

After sending the start command and the start of movement, a zero combination of states appears. 0693W00000QNZpEQAX.pngWhat could be the reason?

Ciao

It is possible that some noise glitches in the inputs make this reading wrong?

If it is the case you can try to implement a sort of digital filter reading the input more times before to ***** a low or high state.

Ciao
